Changeover day: Sunday changeover. Short stays or extended stays eg 10 days may be considered off-peak and over Xmas/New Year, contact us for details.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Quality bed linen, towels, bathmats and tea-towels are provided. The end of stay cleaning is included and a daily maid service, towel-change, or mid-week clean is available at extra cost, please enquire for details.

Notes on accommodation: Personal meet and greet service on arrival from local English and French speaking representatives who will show you around the chalet and can offer advice on local services, restaurants and facilities. Other pre-booked services also available. Flexible catering services, details on request.

St Martin Ski Catering Service: We now provide catering in our Chalet, we have teamed up with ChaletKitchen who prepare delicious meals in resort daily, and for only €129 per person they'll deliver breakfast and a wonderful 2 course evening meal (6 days) right to your door. Outside: Private parking with a secure ski-room and heated boot racks. Furnished balconies and terraces to the rear of the property with sunny aspect and views of the Le Cochet mountain, symbol of St Martin de Belleville.

Skiing: Direct easy access to the 3 Valleys ski area from the St Martin Telecabine, a one minute walk from the chalet. Suitable for all levels of skier and snowboarder from beginner to expert.

Ski lessons can be pre-booked for you for children and adults, group or private instruction from beginners to experts.

Off-piste days, snow-shoeing etc. can be arranged. Beginner's teaching area and creche nearby and also a great location for non-skiers to meet skiers during the day either on or off the mountain.

The 2 star Michelin restaurant La Bouitte in the neighbouring hamlet offers courtesy mini-bus service. Massage and beauty treatments available in the privacy of the chalet.

Booking notes: 30% deposit payable on booking, balance payable 8 weeks before holiday date.
